Consultations & Sessions: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details and meeting link (Google Meet / Zoom) within 24 hours.
Digital Products: Access to recorded content, worksheets or PDFs is provided via email or a dashboard link, typically within a few minutes of purchase and no later than 24 hours.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation or access link within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
Since all our offerings are 100% digital, there are no shipping charges, shipping addresses or courier tracking involved.
